at wide there are many different tools that aid physicians in the treatment of this disease one traditional tool is a coronary angiogram, which is X-ray examination of the blood vessels or chambers of the heart another tool that aid physicians in making the best treatment decisions for their patients in the measurement of Fractional flow reserve(FFR) which provides more detail physiological analyses of blood flow blockages in the heart most accurately.

Interventional cardiologists use FFR to measure pressure in the coronary artery, this measurements are taken by placing the pressure wire across the lesion of interest and pharmacologically Including maximum hyperemia, a state of maximum blood flow

FFR measurement for each lesion in our hospital helps to guide the cardiologist in coronary interventions for improved treatment outcomes.
